If you need to return your order, we are here to help you.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the time you receive the product.

Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged by sending proven photos to the email listed below.

In the event of a return, we will make a direct refund using the original method of payment (following receipt of shipping receipt).

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
No product exchanges will be made
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be returned in the original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
